Gary Miller
Director of Maintenance
Gary has been passionate about aviation for as long as he can remember. With a father who served in the Air Force and later worked for United Airlines, and an uncle who was a pilot in the Air Force, aviation has been a constant presence in Gary’s life. He began flying lessons in 1986 and earned his pilot’s license shortly after graduating high school.
In the years that followed, Gary pursued aerobatic flying, attended college, and worked at a flying museum. He graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Aviation Operations Maintenance Management. Gary eventually stepped into his first Director of Maintenance role with an air ambulance company and continued to build his career in similar roles and is now the Director of Maintenance at Hillsboro Aviation.
When he’s not working, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and their goats or tinkering in his shop.
