Response from a helicopter manager we worked with:
“…it is an unavoidable piece of the puzzle to have mechanical issues with helicopters. I am impressed, once again, with your mechanics and their thorough check of the ship...please pass along our appreciation to them. I am also very pleased with the rapid nature in which the problem was resolved...I know it is the bottom line ($$$) for the company, however I get the impression that it is more than that for you and your folks. It is nice to see that you take such pride in the Hillsboro name and do so by showing an eagerness to keep the helicopter available for whatever mission arises.”
