We are looking for a Service Center Manager to lead our maintenance and avionics divisions. In this role, you will report to the Director of Service Center and FBO and will be responsible for the quality, safety, financial performance, and growth of the service center. Other job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading the daily operations of the maintenance and avionics divisions
• Owning the budget and P&L for both divisions
• Leading, coaching, and developing the technical teams
• Ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all work
• Building relationships with customers, vendors, and OEMs
