We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to help grow our HR & Accounting team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will work closely with the Accounting and Management team to process biweekly payroll and maintain compliance within Drug Abatement and HR. You will report to the Controller and will be responsible for the following, including but not limited to:

• Processing biweekly payroll, including confirming manager approvals on timecards and rates
• Managing the Drug Abatement Program to the standards set by the FAA/DOT
• Employee life cycle management and benefit administration
