We are looking for an Avionics Manager to lead our avionics division across both the service center and fleet. In this role, you will report to the Service Center Manager and will be responsible for the quality, safety, and performance of avionics work. Other job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Leading the daily operations of the avionics division across service center and fleet work • Managing avionics projects from initial quote through final delivery • Managing the avionics division’s budget performance • Leading, coaching, and developing the avionics team • Ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across all work • Building relationships with customers, vendors, and OEMs
