Over the past 30 years, Hillsboro Aviation has become a leader and an innovator in the general aviation industry. Based at the Portland-Hillsboro (HIO) and Portland-Troutdale (TTD) airports near Portland, Oregon, we offer a variety of quality aviation products and services. With a reputation for safety, quality and superior customer service, our three core business groups have steadily grown.

The charter division operates 12 Bell helicopters for a variety of utility operations, including firefighting, construction, seismic work and survey operations and two Hawker Beechcraft King Air C90s for executive charter, scenic tours and cargo operations.

Our sales and service division features some impressive distinctions. We are a dealer for Cessna and Robinson Helicopter Company as well as Bell Helicopter’s only Independent Representative in the U.S. Hillsboro Aviation is also a leader in maintenance and avionics services. We are an FAA-certified repair station (license # LJER093G) and a factory-authorized service center for Bell, Cessna and Robinson. Our avionics department has one of the most modern showrooms in the United States with operational full-stack units on display. We also offer fueling services and parts for a wide variety of aircraft.

The school division has been training professional pilots for nearly 30 years. It is the largest combined helicopter and airplane flight training school on the west coast and one of the leading flight schools in the world. Our company flies 55,000+ hours annually. We have trained students from over 75 countries, and our graduates fly for companies around the world.
